Post on the discussion page if you find issues, so I know what I need to work on. Things have changed since I last edited the code and there are a few places the code is out of sync with the icon graphics. (2010) NOTE: This iconpack is in a state of incompleteness right now. Alas, unfortunately, STIXE isn't built to be able to handle arbitrarily-sized icons everywhere, so I doubt this is going to happen. (It may mean adding my own extensions to the JISP format for mobile, video, etc, but I'd rather do that than recreate the 'pack with every new version of Trillian.) That way I could do the same with NecronomIcons and Χ-maçons and have everything updated at once when things change. That way I don't have to keep updating the 'pack for Trillian anymore and can just update the 'adapter'. What I'd actually like to do is release it as a JISP set (see Tomethicons (JISP)) then just create a JISP -> Trillian adapter package to allow Trillian to use any JISP files. If everything is in the correct place, you should be able to select the icons under preferences->skins->Emoticons, Icons, and More. Hopefully I can fix that soon.) Unzip the file to \stixe\icons or %appdata%\Trillian\stixe\icons. The automatic updater is currently broken. ( It should be updated automatically every Wednesday. If you have Trillian Astra 4.2, you can download the weekly build here. Above is the current preview of the base icons. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten all of you loyal users. :) I will be maintaining Tomethicons for Trillian as long as I can. It has not been released for Trillian Astra yet. The Trillian version of Tomethicons was for Trillian 3.1. (Mainly so it was modifyable, since TH created it by hand and defined everything in his defs section, meaning it couldn't be changed inside Inkscape at the time.) Trillian Version *The Sametime icon has since been recreated by myself. (With the exception of the base icons themselves.) Since I have given the base icons away to the public domain for free without requirement for credit, this set (Tomethicons) is my only opportunity for credit and NO PERMISSION is given to modify or redistribute it without naming me as the PRIMARY AUTHOR. This icon pack, Tomethicons, was created to demonstrate what could be done with the Public SVG Icon Set. That set was released in the public domain. The Novell icon was from Messenger 1.0 included with GroupWare 6.5.0, which I preferred to the newer icons after 6.5 SP1.) I used Inkscape and Sodipodi to create them. (The IRC icon is patterned after the 'c' in the mIRC logo, Jabber is inspired by the logo. The concept was to have a set of 'original' icons created in a vector format (such as SVG) so the icons could be smoothly rescalable.Īll of the icons in that original package (except Sametime*) were created by me, attempting to be as true to the originals as possible. On a suggestion by SJ (in the Trillian forums) that we should make a publicly available icon set for skinners, I started making the Public SVG Icon Set.
